The City of Duncanville would like to thank you for your continued interest in doing business with us. In an effort to enhance competition, and streamline back office functions, the City of Duncanville has partnered with BidSync to distribute Bid / RFP solicitations and collect Bid / Proposal responses electronically.

BidSync is an on-line bidding service designed to streamline the bidding process for suppliers and buyers. An e-mail and fax notice regarding City of Duncanville purchasing requirements will be sent by BidSync. This distribution will take place in accordance with the notification parameters that you establish during the registration process at BidSync’s site.

As a current or potential vendor for the City of Duncanville, we have sent your address and contact information to BidSync. In order to authenticate you as a current registered supplier for the City of Duncanville and continue to receive notification of upcoming opportunities, you will need to register for the purpose of gaining a user name and password on their website, www.bidsync.com or call Vendor Support at 800-990-9339 ex.1.

PLEASE NOTE, YOU WILL NO LONGER RECEIVE NOTIFICATIONS OF BIDS / RFPS VIA OUR PREVIOUS PROVIDER DEMANDSTAR.COM. YOU MUST REGISTER WITH BIDSYNC.

There is NO fee for you to register, receive email or fax notifications, download the City of Duncanville’s solicitations on the BidSync system, or submit bids through the BidSync system. However, vendors agree to pay 1% of the awarded amount to BidSync.

ONCE WE HAVE FULLY MIGRATED TO BIDSYNC, ALL BIDS / RFPS WILL BE DISTRIBUTED AND SUMBITTED ELECTRONICALLY. BIDS / RFPS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BY ANY OTHER MEANS.

If you experience any difficulties, please contact BidSync’s customer support at 800-990-9339 ex. 1, and identify yourself as a supplier for the City of Duncanville.

In addition, by registering with BidSync you will also have access to bidding opportunities from other public sector agencies, if you so choose.
